Apply for or Renew Your Saint Lucian Passport:
The Consulate assists Saint Lucian nationals with:
- First-time passport applications
- Adult and minor renewals
- Replacement of lost, stolen, or damaged passports
- Emergency travel documents (in urgent cases)
Requirements (summary):
- Completed application form (available for download or at the Consulate)
- Original birth certificate from the Civil Status Registry of Saint Lucia
- Two recent passport-sized photographs (5 cm x 5 cm, white background)
- Valid identification and proof of citizenship
- Parental consent for minors under 18
- Processing fee (cash, Euros only)
Processing Time:
Standard – 4–6 weeks | Expedited (special cases) – 2–3 weeks
All applications are forwarded to the Passport Office in Saint Lucia for processing.
Lost or Stolen Passports:
Applicants must present a local police report, an affidavit, and valid proof of identity.
