The Consulate assists Saint Lucian nationals with:

• First-time passport applications
  
• Adult and minor renewals
• Replacement of lost, stolen, or damaged passports
• Emergency travel documents (in urgent cases)

Requirements (summary):

• Completed application form (available for download or at the Consulate)
• Original birth certificate from the Civil Status Registry of Saint Lucia
• Two recent passport-sized photographs (5 cm x 5 cm, white background)
•  Valid identification and proof of citizenship
• Parental consent for minors under 18
• Processing fee (cash, Euros only)

Processing Time:
 Standard – 4–6 weeks | Expedited (special cases) – 2–3 weeks

All applications are forwarded to the Passport Office in Saint Lucia for processing.

Lost or Stolen Passports:
 Applicants must present a local police report, an affidavit, and valid proof of identity.
