Passport:

The Consulate General of Saint Lucia offers passport services for Saint Lucian nationals residing in Martinique, Guadeloupe, and French Guiana. Applications must be submitted in person by appointment only. All documents must be presented in original form and must be in English or officially translated into English.

Supporting the Civil Registration of Saint Lucian Nationals

The Consulate General of Saint Lucia facilitates the application of births, death and marriage certificates of Saint Lucian nationals that occur in Martinique, Guadeloupe, or French Guiana. These registrations are transmitted to the Civil Status Registry on their behalf. The requests require a minimum of 6 weeks for processing.
