Q2. Will I get a confirmation after booking an appointment online?
Yes. You’ll receive an email confirmation with your appointment details and document checklist prior to your visit.
Q3. What is the cancellation or rescheduling policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify the Consulate at least 24 to 48 hours in advance so we can accommodate others.
You can reply to your confirmation email or contact the Secretariat directly.
Q4. Can the Consulate provide financial assistance?
No. The Consulate cannot provide financial support for travel, rent, or medical expenses.
However, we can assist with administrative guidance and referrals.
Q5. Can the Consulate assist if I’m arrested or hospitalized?
