All medical referrals are arranged doctor-to-doctor through the Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de Martinique (CHUM).
Your Saint Lucian doctor must contact CHUM directly to request your appointment.
Q2. Can I book a medical appointment with CHUM myself?
No. Patients cannot contact CHUM directly.
Referrals must come from your treating physician in Saint Lucia to ensure proper coordination and documentation.
Q3. What is the Consulate’s role in health referrals?
The Consulate provides administrative and language assistance for Saint Lucian patients traveling for care.
It does not handle medical bookings or payments.
