The Consulate conducts bi-annual consular missions to Guadeloupe and French Guiana to provide on-site services, including:

• Passport applications and renewals
• Notarial and translation services
• Diaspora consultations
• Birth and death registrations

Mission Schedule:
Each outreach visit is announced in advance through the website, official Facebook page, and WhatsApp community groups.

During Missions, Nationals May:

• Submit completed forms
• Attend pre-booked appointments
• Register in the diaspora database
• Request guidance or documentation
